Yum.

Stopped by the Harris Teeter on the way home from the range, to pick up some milk and breakfast stuff, and I find that they’re having a sale on Angus beef…

So, three hours later, I’ve put away a green salad with fresh grated Parmesan, grilled Asparagus tips with sea salt, fresh-ground black pepper, and olive oil, a 9-oz. Black Angus Tenderloin cooked just this side of rare, two pints of stout, and I’m settling down with a glass of whisky to watch the Bisping-Leben UFC fight. All is right with the world.

Oooh, and the best part is, I’ve got bagels and smoked salmon for breakfast tomorrow!
